They sound like glorified slam poetry, and her position of thinking of all criticism as ‘ignoring the haters’ is missing the mark, supported by fans who can’t seem to separate her art from her personal life and accuse anyone being critical of her songs as ‘not allowing her to be happy’ in her marriage or whatever.

Cleveland’s somewhat catchy when it gets to the chorus, holiday vibes, Swedish pop. Lyrics meh. Maybe stop singing Heights, we hear your love profession.

Disappointed with Patient Zero tho… The opening strings stringed me on so hard in the previews, I thought it’ll be folk, indie melodies, yet we got 1989 read scriptures style… I’ll still enjoy them if for the next week, but it is hard to enjoy her songs wholeheartedly when I can hardly sing along.
