They’ve both yearned for each other over the years, and when it did finally came to be, it was short lived. But not because they weren’t inherently a match, imo; it was the surrounding pressure from media, fans and family, as well as their insecurities–risk of loosing the brand or for the other, be emasculated. Neither of them took the real leap to stick it thro and instead left for the music to speak for itself. Either they had real conversations since to reconciliate, or the marriages being weeks apart was done outta some ridiculous spite. Honestly they both love drama, why wouldn’t all this be a show.
The 1975 hasn’t released anything since; and I do anticipate it to be better than Taylor’s. Please give us something to sing and lament over. I suggest Taylor stop tainting her legacy, and wait for Matty’s response. You’re bombarding us all with too much pettiness and specifics that aren’t music at this point.
